Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of WeGantt (“WeGantt”, “we”, “us”) for the website, app, sync, sharing, AI-assisted and paid features. If you do not agree, do not register for or continue using the cloud service.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Minors may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide an accurate, working email address or other sign-in information and protect your codes, password and devices.
- The email-code flow creates a free account when no account exists; the interface tells you this before you submit a code.
- Your account is for you and people your organisation authorises. Contact cs@wegantt.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for risks caused by disclosing credentials or share links, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
3. Service, project data and sharing
You retain rights in project data, tasks, notes and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence only as needed to host, sync, back up, export, perform AI processing you request, and provide sharing features.
People with a public or link-accessible share URL may view the relevant content. Do not share information you are not allowed to disclose. You may delete or revoke the relevant share.
We may improve, add or retire features. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice when a change materially affects core paid benefits.
4. AI-assisted features
AI project parsing turns text, linked web content or material you provide into suggested tasks. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before using them for schedules, contracts, staffing or financial decisions.
Submit only content you have the right to process. Do not enter state secrets, unauthorised trade secrets, financial credentials, medical records or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
5. Paid service, renewal and refunds
- The checkout page controls the plan, currency, billing period, taxes and total due.
- Monthly and Yearly are recurring plans; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. International-card subscriptions already support automatic renewal. The merchant of record or payment provider charges the cycle and price shown at checkout; use your account to view status, manage payment details or cancel.
- Domestic WeChat Pay or Alipay renewal requires a separate recurring-payment mandate. Only a checkout option explicitly marked “Auto-renew” may charge periodically. The current standard QR checkout is a fixed-term order with no debit authority; the domestic flow will provide mandate management and cancellation when enabled.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal charge but does not end paid access immediately: Pro remains available until the current period ends.
- The provider's checkout and subscription terms may also apply. We do not receive your full card number.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- engage in unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing or harmful activity;
- upload malware or bypass access controls, quotas, rate limits or security;
- probe systems, scrape non-public data, resell accounts or impersonate others without permission; or
- disrupt the Service or use sharing and notifications for spam.
We may restrict abnormal traffic, suspend features or ban accounts for serious violations to protect users and the Service.
7. WeGantt intellectual property
Other than your content, the software, interface, brand, documentation and design belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them only as part of the normal Service. Except where law permits, you may not copy, reverse engineer or create a competing mirror service.
8. Suspension, closure and data portability
You may stop using the Service, export projects and ask cs@wegantt.com to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate for a serious breach, payment fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Except in emergencies, we will use reasonable efforts to explain why and allow an export.
9. Warranties and limits of liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, but internet services, third parties and AI outputs cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. Keep independent backups of critical projects and review schedules and decisions yourself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms for service, legal or security changes. We will notify material changes in the app or by registered email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
The law of the operator’s principal place of business applies, without removing non-waivable consumer rights where you live. Please email us first to resolve a dispute; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or regulator with lawful jurisdiction.
